Biography
Born as a Turkish citizen in Darmstadt (Germany) on the 1st of October 1982, I was always in-between two worlds and not only culturally but also in utilization of brain functions since both cultures have different qualities that enrich each other.
After I finished primary education in Germany I moved to Turkey where I received dual lingual education which finalized with me earning both a high school diploma and a Sprachdiplom second level which documented my ability to attend higher education in the German language. During these years I also tried to introduce western modern music culture to an “eastern” audience. Again it was a matter of a multi faceted approach. Later on I tried my luck with many other bands with which one of them I went on a Tour of Europe (which is quite rare for a Turkish band).
As a libra I always had to balance two points of the spectrum of life which I believe culminated in choosing film as a career path. Film or video is both analytical and reflexive, digital and organic, combines many disciplines that can be reflected upon human consciousness through one media. So far film/video has kept me happy and I hope I did good for it as well.
